General Sales Policy
Shipping rates indicated are for domestic (U.S.) orders. International and APO orders that are placed are subject to modification of shipping rates. Box must use the USPS Priority Mail shipping option. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any address correction, including missing apartment or suite numbers or changes made after the product has been shipped will be charged a $20.00 correction fee per box. Actual product may vary from the image shown on the product page. Not responsible for typographical errors. Compatibility of products is never guaranteed. Product information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. reserves the right to refuse any Purchase Order at its discretion. All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled or returned. All sales are final.

Warranties & Return Information
Warranty length, if any, is stated below the description of all items, in which time we will repair or replace, at our discretion, defective products only. Merchandise returned due to buyer's remorse, if accepted, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns not accepted on opened software. Returns not accepted on ink/toner cartridges or printers and fax machines if the ink/toner cartridge has been opened. Absolutely no refunds after 30 days. Warranties do not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment and is not offered on user-installed parts - warranty is void if product is taken apart (internal hard drives, floppy drives, memory, modems expansion cards, CD-ROM's etc.) does not offer warranty on refurbished notebook battery or life of battery. If you receive a defective product, the first action we recommend is calling the manufacturer. If you received the wrong item, you must contact within 2 days of receipt. Shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported to within 2 days of receipt. Purchaser is liable for all shipping costs including initial freight, and all merchandise returned to for exchange or warranty repairs. All returned equipment must be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by Customer Service prior to shipping. Unauthorized RMA's will not be accepted and will be refused/returned to the sender at his/her expense.

Returning Products to
Contact the customer service department at for a return authorization number. Maintain original carton and packaging material. Place item to be returned securely in carton, and seal carton with packaging tape. Write the return authorization number that has provided for you on the outside of the carton. Remove any old shipping labels from carton. Please maintain your tracking number receipt in the event you need to track the package.

Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. The shipping and handling charges you pay do not include these fees. If you refuse delivery on a package, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes.

Price Guarantee
We price match certain selected products. If you find a lower price at any superstore on a new identical item that offers a price guarantee, just show us the lower price when you buy the item at or within 7 days after your purchase and we'll give you 100% of the difference (up to $50.00). Our 7-day price-match guarantee is good on certain products that indicate the price guarantee. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from a company located in the U.S.

The item must be identical. For example, it must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty. It must also have the same model number and contain the same components. reserves the right to verify another company's product availability and price before issuing a price match guarantee.

Available coupons and rebates will be deducted from the price to come up with a new price when calculating the price match. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $10 rebate, the net price is $90. If the item is available from another company for $90 or more, there will be no price match. Another example would be if you buy an item from us for $139 and you have a $30 coupon; the net price is $109. If the item is available from another company for $105 the price match will be for $4.00 (100% of the difference).

Shipping and handling charges are included. When comparing our price to another company's delivery price, the equivalent shipping and handling charges will be included. If proof of the other company's shipping and handling charges are not supplied, then $10 will be added to the other company's price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100, with free overnight delivery, and the item is available from another company for $90 with overnight shipping and handling charges of $7, then the difference is $3. You would receive 100% of $3.00.

If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and does not carry the free or discounted item, there will be no price match. For example, if another company offers a free product with the purchase of a printer, and the price is equal to the company's price for the printer, there will be no price match if does not carry the free product being offered. We may limit the quantity of an item that may be price-matched. reserves the right to limit quantities subject to a price match to no more than 5 units of a particular product.

We do not price match items sold at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales), items sold at wholesale/membership clubs or products sold on Internet auction sites. We also don't price match taxes or typographical errors.
